We do software. Right now, all of our team members are passionate developers. As we're a provider for other companies, our projects vary quite a lot. We've build a platform for an InsurTech startup, a local event agency from Berlin, a farmer from Luxembourg and more recently we've got quite a lot of projects in PropTech.

Unser Standort

We're located in Potsdam, Germany. But we work remote. Our team is split across Berlin, Neuss, Munich in Germany and Cluj-Napoca in Romania. If you feel like switching places for work, we might be able to setup a working space in Berlin around Halensee or in Potsdam.

All of our working students are assisted by a mentor. Besides getting hands on experience while working on the project, you'll get further education by regular work shops which are held by our team members. There are no fixed topics, we brainstorm and vote for them a couple of weeks ago. We organize ourselves using a Scrum-like process. Therefore, you'll dive into a well-structured and well-organized process with peer reviews, plannings and demos. In contrast to our fixed process, you're free to choose the working time which works best for you. And we know there is crunch time at the end of each semester, don't worry.
