Your responsibilities
- You assist in creating our content strategy
- You will support in writing and publishing content yourself on our channels
- You will take over our social channels and develop a content plan to keep our audience engaged
- You will keep our website updated and support in the creation of landing pages for our paid marketing efforts (don’t worry, no coding required)
- You will help organize and prepare offline events so our sales team can engage with our key accounts in person (as far as covid allows of course)
- You will work with and steer freelance experts to bring our content output to the next level

What you need to succeed
- You are curious and proactively engage with people through excellent communication skills in German (especially written) and English
- Ideally, you are currently enrolled in studies in Business, Journalism, Linguistics, Marketing or a related field
- You ideally already gained experience in (written) content creation
- You ideally have first experience with content management systems like Webflow and first experience with digital design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- You make things happen and are motivated by having a real impact on the success of the business
- You are creative and act courageously to make a difference in our ambitious environment
- You have the ability to learn quickly, especially new software programs
- You are available for at least 4 months and have a German residency

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
