Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time. Programmatic in-housing takes this one step further by allowing advertisers to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process.
Programmatic in-housing is still in its early days of adoption in the mobile advertising market. This is where we have an impact!
What can you expect?
This position will be based in Berlin, Germany with the option to work remotely on some days after the first three months have passed.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Create and coordinate events for our team and manage all types of vendors to make our office an amazing place to be
- Support the People & Culture team in onboarding our new joiners, especially helping your new colleagues from all over the world untangling Germany's bureaucratic
- Support on office-related topics and activities as necessary (e.g. offline mail, vendor handling, activity hosting, etc.)
- Be part of the initiatives to improve work experience at our company: be a key member to implement Employer Branding actions, handle the daily communication around HR topics with our team, and be the main point of contact for those who visit us from all over the globe!

Your profile:
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) (Bachelor’s or Master’s) majoring in human resources, business administration, psychology or comparable
- You bring a passion for HR and / or you already have some practical experience in the field of HR / office management (experience in a fast-paced / startup environment is a big plus)
- You are computer savvy and are not afraid of finding your way into new tools
- You like to take ownership and you are characterized by your high level of motivation and energy
- Excellent organizational communication and written skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and you are fluent in English and German

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
