Your main tasks
- Social media management - you ensure regular posts and engagement tactics to boost social media following, presence and engagement.
- Marketing collateral - you assist the team in ordering any new marketing collateral and ensure its distribution.
- Sense checks - you assist the marketing team in regular sense checks (listing sites, social media channels, website etc.)
- Customer Satisfaction - you ensure customer queries are replied to in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the commercial team - you support the commercial team with launching new campaigns.

What should you bring along?
- You are a natural communicator and know how to talk to people
- You are familiar with Canva or similar
- You can think outside the box and still not lose focus of what's important
- Social Media is your thing and you can handle it blindly
- You are fluent in German and English (any additional language is also always welcome)
- You can work on your own and can structure your work day by yourself
- You are interested in Marketing and want to learn more about its channels and strategies

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
