B2B Content Manager – DACH / Service / Consulting (m/w/d)
Your mission with us:
- You are conducting commercial business research, discuss the latest industry trends with key executives of top 500 companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and identify challenges and focus points for the target audience
- Your are structuring and writing commercial event agendas – convert the findings from your research into conclusive event themes and topics to be discussed by speakers and participants
- You are working in close co-operation with marketing, delegate acquisition and sales teams by giving them your ideas and inputs on how to promote and sell event better
- You are creating personal connections with senior level executives & speakers and engaging them to attend or speak at our events
- You will have an opportunity to come to your event, meet your speakers, and see the results of your hard work

Your profile:
- You preferably collected some work experience during your studies from i.e. customer service and alike, furthermore social competences to work with customers will be a plus
- You bring a commercial and intellectually curious mindset, you love the research process, want to learn more about various industries and latest trends in technology and B2B
- You are driven by results and eager to grow your own and your team’s results, furthermore you are curious and pro-active
- You are a team player by heart, someone who can light up the office every morning with a smile and tons of positive energy
- You are good in creative writing and composing business and tech related texts for B2B conference programs
- You are confident and comfortable to communicate with senior level executives over the phone
- You have very good German language skills (C2 or better)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
