Intern Business Development (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities
- You support our CEO in handling strategic and operational matters such as business development/internationalization, finance and execution of ad-hoc projects
- You learn about daily tasks and routines of a start-up and collaborate closely with each department
- You participate in planning, coordination and evaluation of new processes and structures
- You work on management and investors presentations - strong Powerpoint skills are helpful
- You communicate directly with our partners and customers
- You analyse appearing issues and develop optimal solutions
- You analyse various markets and support with further development of Our Company and Our business model
- As from Day One you take over responsibility: through the close collaboration with the management team, a steep learning curve is guaranteed

Your Profile
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Program in business or economics from a top-tier university with outstanding results
- Ideally, you have gained relevant practical experience in the area of business development, venture development or entrepreneurship, preferably in a start-up, an incubator and/or consultancy
- You are experienced in managing multiple concurrent tasks in high-velocity environments
- As an entrepreneurial spirit, you are willing to go the extra mile and you are seeking an opportunity to jumpstart your career
- You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, knowledge of German is a big plus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
