Accountant in a Medical Device Company (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- You ensure that monthly account reconciliations are completed on time and review any discrepancies
- You act as a liaison between our headquarters in Germany and other companies and coordinate reconciliations
- You will assist in the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory subsidiary ledgers for specific subsidiaries
- You ensure that SEPA payments are disbursed and booked correctly
- You reconcile balance sheet accounts and payroll accounts for several European countries
- You ensure the correct recording of VAT and prepare the monthly VAT declaration to the fiscal authorities

What should you bring along?
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- You bring 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- You are confident in working with ERP and ideally have basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
- You are a highly analytical, motivated, and collaborative team player
- You possess a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
- You have the ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment
- You can speak English and German fluently (minimum C1 level)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
