Was dich erwartet
- Du hilfst dem lokalen Vertriebsteam, ihre MRR-Ziele (Monthly Recurring Revenue) mithilfe von Lead Generation Kampagnen zu erreichen
- Du identifizierst Bottlenecks im Prozess der Leadgenerierung und erstellst Pipeline-Kampagnen auf der Grundlage von Events (Webinare, Messen, physische Events), Performance Marketing Campaigns, Paid Social & Paid Search Content (Artikel, Whitepaper, Downloadables)
- Du hilfst dabei, die Marke AGICAP im DACH-Markt als führende Anlaufstelle für Cashflow-Management (und in Zukunft auch für weitere Themen) zu etablieren
- Du organisierst eigenständig End-to-End-Projekte (z. B. Aufnahmen von Kundenvideo-Testimonials inkl. Anforderungen, Planung von Aufnahmen, Transkriptionen etc)
- Du erweiterst das lokale Marketing-Team und arbeitest eng mit dem Team im Headquarter zusammen (Lyon)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2+ Niveau und kannst zudem verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse vorweisen
- Du bringst zwischen 2–6 Jahren Erfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld mit, idealerweise hast du auch schon Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld gesammelt und dich auf KMUs spezialisiert
- Du bist sehr vertriebsorientiert
- Du hast starke Führungs- und Projektentwicklungsfähigkeiten sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist ehrgeizig und motiviert, deine Ziele zu erreichen und hast eine starke Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du arbeitest sowohl präzise also auch strukturiert und hast dabei die Fähigkeit, eine große Menge an Informationen gleichzeitig zu verarbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
