Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Marketing- & Business Development-Aktivitäten des Stackmeisters
- Du identifizierst neue Markt- und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Du recherchierst Zielbranchen, Wettbewerber und potenzielle Partner
- Du bereitest Präsentations- und Angebotsunterlagen gemeinsam mit dem Business & Sales-Team vor
- Du pflegst und baust unsere CRM-Datenbank aus und wertest Kennzahlen aus
- Du begleitest Meetings mit Interessent:innen und arbeitest an Vertriebsprojekten mit
- Du arbeitest bei digitalen und offline Marketing-Maßnahmen mit, wie z. B. Newsletter, Social Media und Events

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, BWL, Digital Business, Marketing oder vergleichbar abgeschlossen
- Du bist eine Allzweckwaffe - denkst strategisch und setzt Deine Ideen in die Tat um
- Du bringst mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im (Business) Development, Vertrieb oder Marketing mit
- Du hast Beratungserfahrung im Professional Services-Umfeld oder in einer SaaS-Company
- Du interessierst Dich für Software- und Technologie-Themen sowie Digitalisierung und hast eventuell Erfahrung im Aufbau einer Community
- Du verfügst über Datenverständnis und -passion, analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
