Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Abwicklung und Leitung unserer Montageprojekte von der technischen Klärung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
- Sie übernehmen die Arbeitsvorbereitung, erstellen präzise Aufmaße mittels CAD und stellen die termingerechte Materialdisposition sicher.
- Sie steuern und koordinieren Ihre Montageteams sowie externe Subunternehmen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen und sicheren Ablauf auf der Baustelle.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson beraten Sie Bauherren und Architekt:innen kompetent in allen technischen und organisatorischen Fragen.
- Sie überwachen kontinuierlich den Projektfortschritt, verantworten das Nachtragsmanagement und sichern so die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ihre Basis ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker (m/w/d), ein Meistertitel im Bauwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung mit, um die Montageaufträge sicher zu steuern.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger CAD-Software sind Sie versiert.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und die notwendige Reisebereitschaft aus.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
