Senior Projekt Ingenieur für TGA Anlagen (m/w/d)

Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest in einem unserer Fachbereiche: Wärme- und Kältetechnik, Lüftungs- und Reinraumtechnik, Sanitär- und Sprinklertechnik, Elektrotechnik, Automation MSR, Reinmedien
- Du planst TGA-Anlagen in einem der Fachbereiche und erstellst Schema-Zeichnungen
- Du unterstützt die CAD-Konstrukteur:innen bei der Umsetzung der Planungen im 3D-Modell
- Du stimmst die Planung mit anderen Planungsbeteiligten, Sachverständigen, Behörden und Bauherren ab
- Du stellst die Kostenschätzung, Kostenberechnung auf und erarbeitest Leistungsverzeichnisse
- Du holst Angebote ein, bewertest sie und wickelst technische und kommerzielle Absprachen mit ausführenden Firmen und Sachverständigen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in in Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik, Sanitärtechnik oder Elektrotechnik oder ein Studium im Bereich der Gebäude- oder Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im genannten Bereich mit
- Du kannst AutoCAD, Revit und mh-Software sicher anwenden und hast idealerweise erste Kenntnisse mit BIM
- Du arbeitest selbständig, systematisch und analytisch und bist teamfähig mit gutem Kommunikationsvermögen
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
- Du hast Lust auf spannende Herausforderungen und ein Unternehmen, das an innovativen Großprojekten für weltbekannte Kund:innen arbeitet
