- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Serviceleistungen der unternehmensinternen Cloud
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Implementierung und den Betrieb von Services in einer großen Private-Cloud Umgebung
- Sie stellen einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Cloudplattform gemäß den definierten Anforderungen und Service Level Agreements (SLAs) sicher
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Strategien zur Optimierung der Serviceleistung und -verfügbarkeit um
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Kund:innen zusammen, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und passende Lösungen anzubieten
- Sie koordinieren mit verschiedenen Teams, um Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen, identifizieren und beheben Serviceprobleme sowie implementieren Verbesserungen und führen regelmäßige Überprüfungen und Audits durch, um die Servicequalität sicherzustellen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Service Management, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Cloud-Technologien im Public Sector
- Sie verfügen über nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von großen Public- und Private-Cloud-Umgebungen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Service-Management-Methoden und -Tools
- Sie haben Erfahrungen im Arbeiten mit ITIL, CASM oder COBIT und besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere C-Level, zusammenzuarbeiten
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerke, Sicherheit und Datenbanken und haben die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine starke Kundenorientierung und Problemlösungskompetenz aus
- Sie verfügen über analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, datengesteuerte Entscheidungen zu treffen

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
