Technical Sales Manager für OEM E-Mobility Projekte (m/w/d) 1
Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die gesamtheitliche Verantwortung des Vertriebsprozesses, von der selbstständigen Neukundenakquise über die Koordination aller notwendigen Fachbereiche bis zur erfolgreichen Nominierung
- Du betreust und berätst Kund:innen hinsichtlich technischer Lösungen und der Realisierbarkeit anstehender Projekte
- Du bist komplett verantwortlich für die Erreichung der Projektziele bzgl. Kosten, Termine, Qualität und Produkteigenschaften der Bereiche Entwicklung, Industrialisierung, Werksintegration, Werksaufbau und Produktion
- Du planst, überwachst und steuerst eigenverantwortlich den Gesamtprojektumfang unter Berücksichtigung des zu erreichenden Projektoptimums resp. Einhaltung der zugrunde liegenden Kundenverträge und Projektzielvorgaben
- Du definierst und setzt nachhaltig eine Akquise- und Vertriebsstrategie für das verantwortete Marktsegment um
- Du führst, coachst und motivierst das Projektteam fachlich eigenverantwortlich

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
