Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die aktive Gewinnung von neuen Kunden verantwortlich und damit liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf dem Outbound-Vertrieb
- Du führst Discovery Meetings durch, um Herausforderungen von Interessenten zu bewerten und herauszufinden, ob wir die richtige Lösung für sie haben
- Vereinbarung von Gesprächsterminen durch eine Kombination klassischer Prospecting-Techniken wie Social Outreach über LinkedIn, per Telefon oder E-Mail
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Presales, Sales- und dem Marketingteam zur Umwandlung von Leads in qualifizierte Vertriebskontakte
- Du beobachtest den Markt und analysierst Trends zu neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Vertriebsstrategien
- Neben der DACH-Region bist du zudem für die internationalen Leads in Asia-Pacific (Singapur) und Americas (Chicago) verantwortlich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder technischem Hintergrund, z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im B2B Inbound- und Outbound-Vertrieb gesammelt, idealerweise im IT-/Software-Vertrieb
- Du bringst eine „Hunter“-Mentalität mit, bist kommunikationsstark, neugierig und genießt den Kundenkontakt
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv, bringst mit deinen Ideen das Sales Team voran, indem du kontinuierlich nach Möglichkeiten suchst, neue Leads zu gewinnen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Von Vorteil sind Interesse an Bankingthemen, eine Affinität zur IT und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
