Die Digitalisierungsstrategie der Bundesregierung beinhaltet auch die Digitalisierung der Gerichte. Für die Durchführung des Projektes sowie den Betrieb der IT Infrastruktur und als Ansprechperson für die Anliegen der Projektbeteiligten sowie Mitarbeitenden des Bundesgerichtshofs ist eine Verstärkung des Teams angestrebt. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Projektfortschritt sowie den sicheren Betrieb der damit verbunden IT Systeme. Es erwartet Sie eine spannende und herausfordernde Aufgabe, bei der eine Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern unerlässlich ist.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen und administrieren die den IT-Projekten zugehörigen Serverlandschaften und Fachanwendungen, testen neue Komponenten, identifizieren, beurteilen, analysieren und beheben kritische Fehler/Störungen (Second-Level-Support) und erstellen sowie fortschreiben von Dokumentationen
- Sie konzipieren, koordinieren und realisieren die Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung der elektronischen Akte
- Sie stimmen die Bedarfe, Erfordernisse und Vorgaben mit den Projektleitungen in den Fachabteilungen ab und analysieren die eingesetzte Fremdsoftware in den Projektbereichen, um Anpassungsbedarfe zu erarbeiten und geeignete Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Sie konzipieren die für den Betrieb der Fachanwendungen/Softwarelösungen erforderliche Infrastruktur, planen und koordinieren den Rollout-Prozess und überwachen die Dienstleistungsverträge im Rahmen der IT-Projekte
- Sie recherchieren und führen Marktbeobachtungen durch, entwickeln Optimierungsvorschläge, erarbeiten und führen Schulungen zu den eingesetzten Fachanwendungen durch
- Sie nehmen an Sitzungen/Besprechungen von Kooperationsgremien/Arbeitskreisen zur Optimierung gemeinsam genutzter Fachanwendungen teil

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik (z.B. Bachelor oder Diplom (FH)) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten sowie über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse in Servertechnologien sowie im Projektmanagement und haben nachweisbare Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern
- Sie zeichnen sich durch strategisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit aus und besitzen die Fähigkeit zur Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
- Sie haben Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich der IT-Sicherheit nach BSI Grundschutz oder ISO 27001
