Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie arbeiten als Teil des multinationalen Cloud Security Teams bei einem der größten Hoster Europas im stark wachsenden Cloud-Bereich und tragen dazu bei, unsere Produkte und Systemlandschaft noch besser zu schützen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Konzeption und den Betrieb eines integrierten Managementsystems, das unter anderem zertifizierte Bereiche aus der ISO 27001, dem BSI IT-Grundschutz, BSI C5 umfasst und stetig erweitert wird
- Sie motivieren zur Etablierung und Steigerung von Sicherheitsmechanismen, um nicht nur die Sicherheitsanforderungen der Standards in unseren Produkten nachweisbar zu erfüllen, sondern auch den Nutzen für unsere Kund:innen und das Unternehmen zu steigern
- Sie schaffen Synergien durch schlanke Prozesse, setzen Tools geschickt ein und planen sowie führen Audits effizient und redundanzfrei durch
- Sie steuern eigenverantwortlich die Umsetzung und Ausgestaltung der integrierten Managementsysteme und analysieren unsere Systeme, Prozesse und Produkte nach Standards der Informationssicherheit
- Sie qualifizieren und bewerten Maßnahmen zur Erfüllung der Sicherheitsanforderungen, leiten Projekte zu deren Umsetzung und planen sowie führen Maßnahmen für Neu- und Rezertifizierungen durch
- Sie entwerfen und erstellen Berichte und Kennzahlen, vertreten diese gegenüber dem Top-Management und übernehmen Themen in weiteren Security Disziplinen wie Awareness, Risk Management oder Emergency Management, unterstützen Ihre Kolleg:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Informationssicherheit
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse der Compliance-Standards für Cloud-Dienste und Hosting-Provider in der Europäischen Union, z. B. ISO 27001, GDPR, BSI C5, BSI IT-Grundschutz, CSA CCM und haben Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischen und internationalen Vorschriften, z. B. HIPAA oder BAIT
- Sie sind technologiebegeistert und haben Erfahrung mit Cloud Services sowie den damit verbundenen Auswirkungen der geteilten Verantwortung
- Sie sind proaktiv, selbstmotiviert und teamfähig
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, können sich rasch in neue Themen einarbeiten und sind in der Lage, proaktiv und sicher in Englisch zu kommunizieren
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache oder sind bereit, diese zu erlernen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
