Als (Junior) Controller (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Finanzberatung, unterstützt unsere Banken bei der Risikosteuerung und treibst die Entwicklung von regulatorischen Risikomanagement-Themen voran. Mit Deinem Engagement und Deinem Know-how trägst du dazu bei, unseren Kunden individuelle und innovative Lösungen anzubieten.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du erstellst für unsere Banken die regelmäßigen Berichte des Risikomanagements (z. B. Ermittlung Zinsergebnis und Risikotragfähigkeit, Erstellung des Risikoberichts).
- Für unsere Kunden werden von Dir u. a. die jährliche Risikoinventur sowie die Eckwert- und Kapitalplanung durchgeführt.
- Du unterstützt unsere Banken beim operativen Meldewesen wie der RTF-Meldung oder beim LSI Stresstest.
- Du entwickelst – zusammen mit Kolleg:innen – Themen des regulatorischen Risikomanagements weiter.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann/zur Bankkauffrau und arbeitest seit mindestens 2 Jahren in einem Kreditinstitut.
- Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Gesamtbanksteuerung/Controlling und mit der Banksteuerungssoftware der Sparkassenfinanzgruppe.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und präzise.
- Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, innerhalb Deutschlands unterwegs zu sein.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
