Was erwartet Sie ?
Als Insolvenzsachbearbeiter wirst du ein unverzichtbarer Teil unseres Teams und trägst aktiv dazu bei, die rechtlichen und finanziellen Herausforderungen von Unternehmen in Krisensituationen zu bewältigen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Insolvenzfällen in allen Phasen (ab Anmeldung bis zur Abwicklung)
- Prüfung und Bewertung von Insolvenzforderungen
- Kommunikation mit Gläubigern, Schuldnern, Insolvenzgerichten und anderen beteiligten Parteien
- Erstellung von Insolvenzberichten und rechtlichen Dokumenten
- Prüfung und Überwachung der Insolvenzmasse
- Unterstützung der Insolvenzverwalter bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Verfahrensführung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss als Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d) und Interesse an einer Tätigkeit im Bereich des Insolvenzrechts und Wirtschaftsrechts (Vorkenntnisse vorteilhaft)
- Sie verfügen im Idealfall über erste Berufserfahrung
- Sie zeigen unternehmerisches und analytisches Denkvermögen und Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie besitzen Teamfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
