Was erwartet dich?
- Du akquirierst Neukunden für unsere umfangreiche Produktpalette, betreust ein definiertes Kund:innensegment im süddeutschen Raum und stellst eine hohe Kund:innenzufriedenheit sicher
- Du nimmst Kundenprojekte auf, stimmst dich zur Durchführung und Budgetierung mit dem Lead Seller und der technischen Projektleitung ab und überwachst die termingerechte Umsetzung
- Du verantwortest Umsatz, Preise und Margen innerhalb deines Kund:innensegments und reportest regelmäßig an den Lead Seller
- Du sondierst kontinuierlich den Markt, erkennst Chancen und Potenziale und initiierst daraus gemeinsam mit dem Lead Seller Produktentwicklungen. Zudem überzeugst du deine Kund:innen mit innovativen Produktvorstellungen und -schulungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse sowie deine Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb z. B. durch eine Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d) Betriebswirt (m/w/d) oder ggf. ein Wirtschaftsstudium angeeignet
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen bei der eigenverantwortlichen Kund:innengewinnung und Projektumsetzung, idealerweise im Bereich Retail
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, das es schafft, mehrere Kundenprojekte parallel zu betreuen, spontan auf wechselnde Anforderungen zu reagieren und Entscheidungen zielgerichtet zu treffen. Für die bestmögliche Beratung vor Ort bist du gern für deine Kund:innen unterwegs

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
