eCommerce Manager für UX im B2B Umfeld (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und implementierst eine umfassende E-Commerce-Strategie für unsere Eigenmarke und Handelsware, inklusive der Expansion in Europa, steuerst die strategische Planung sowie die operative Umsetzung und arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen
- Du analysierst kontinuierlich unsere Online-Präsenz und User Experience, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung und Konversionsrate um
- Du überwachst die Produktperformance, führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, nutzt KPIs, Reports und Webtracking-Tools, um Entscheidungen datenbasiert zu treffen und unsere Produkte sichtbarer und umsatzstärker zu machen
- Du steuerst eigenständig unsere Produktlistung und Kreativ-Teams, erstellst Produktinhalte nach SEO-Gesichtspunkten und entwickelst sowie implementierst Marketing- und Werbestrategien, einschließlich PPC-Kampagnen und Promotions
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Auswahl, Verwaltung und Optimierung unseres Produktportfolios auf E-Commerce-Plattformen, gewährleistest ein effektives Lager- und Bestandsmanagement und sorgst für die Einhaltung der Anlieferungs-Richtlinien
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zu internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern, koordinierst die technische Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der E-Commerce-Plattformen und unterstützt bei der Integration der E-Commerce-Anforderungen in unserem ERP-Einführungsprojekt
