- Du erstellst zentrale E-Commerce-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung zur Steigerung des Traffics und der Konversionsrate des Onlineshops
- Du liebst es, die verschiedenen Onlinekanäle permanent zu optimieren und auszubauen, dabei hast du die Perfektionierung der Customer Journey stets fest im Blick
- Du verantwortest die Listung, Pflege und Steuerung des Onlineportfolios für eine optimale Darstellung unserer Produkte auf den nationalen und internationalen Marktplätzen
- Du hast den Wettbewerb hinsichtlich Sortimentsgestaltung und Veränderungen der Onlinemarktplätze stetig im Blick und leitest entsprechende Optimierungspotentiale ab
- Du steuerst interne und externe Experten / Freelancern / Agenturen (w/m/d) und du kennst alle notwendigen Handgriffe für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit
- Du kümmerst dich um die Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Landschaft hinsichtlich Shopsystem, Einbindung von PIM und CRM-Systemen in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Business Application Management Team
- Du führst SEO-Optimierungen durch sowie SEO-Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Sichtbarkeit und des Rankings unseres Webshops in Suchmaschinen
- Du steuerst Paid Social und Search Kampagnen und pflegst das Shopsystem sowie die Optimierung von Artikeldaten, Produktbeschreibungen, Bildern und sonstigen Inhalten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine große Leidenschaft für den E-Commerce Bereich mit, verbunden mit einer mehrjährigen Erfahrung im E-Commerce Umfeld, insb. auch mit JTL und / oder Shopware
- Dynamisch, eigenverantwortlich, zielorientiert, pragmatisch – kurz Du bist ein(e) Macher:in und eine ausgeprägte Handson-Attitude zeichnet dich aus
- Du verfügst über ein hohes analytisches Verständnis und bist starker Zahlenmensch – Daten und Zahlen sind deine Bausteine des Erfolgs zur Überwachung und Optimierung der Shop-Performance
- Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit sowie der Kundenbindung
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch- und Englisch

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
