Unser Sales Team trägt maßgeblich zum Wachstum des Unternehmens bei. Hier werden – insbesondere im Corporate-, aber auch im Beratungs- und Private Equity-Segment - Kontakte geknüpft, neue Deals generiert und Kundenbeziehungen gepflegt. Du wirst Teil des großartigen Nordantech-Teams sein; im Sales Bereich ergänzt Du unser Team von aktuell drei Kollegen.

- Du bist super kommunikativ und verbindlich – sowohl die Outbound-Kundenansprache, als auch die Conversion von Inbound-Leads ist genau Dein Ding
- Den Sales Funnel hast Du immer im Blick und Deine Follow-Ups sind zielgerichtet – Dank deines Organisationstalents verlierst Du nie den Überblick
- Du wirst Experte für unser Product Falcon – denn dieses stellst Du unseren potenziellen Kunden in Demo-Calls vor (wir lassen Dich dabei natürlich nicht allein – nicht zuletzt hilft Dir dabei auch unser strukturiertes Onboarding

- Du bringst bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Sales- oder Business Development-Rolle mit
- Du lernst gerne dazu und hast kein Problem damit, Dich auf individuelle und wechselnde Situationen im Kundenkontakt einzustellen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Präsentationsskills und Dir fällt es leicht, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Du bist ein absoluter Team-Player, arbeitest gern in einem jungen und agilen Team und zeigst eine hohe Eigeninitiative
- Du bist technologieaffin, die tägliche Arbeit mit Tools wie LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot und Slack sind kein Problem für dich
- Du schreibst und sprichst perfekt Deutsch, Dein Englisch ist verhandlungssicher

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
