Als praktisch erfahrender System Engineer (m/w/d) implementierst du bei unseren Kund:innen anspruchsvolle Infrastruktur-Projekte rund um die Themen in der Microsoft Welt ob in Cloud oder On-Premises, sowie in virtuellen Umgebungen mit vmware. Der Standort ist Leverkusen mit Option auf Home Office (Reisetätigkeit im Rahmen von Tagesreisen).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei der Umsetzung von Microsoft Infrastruktur-Projekten
- Du qualifizierst technische Fehler und behebst diese im 3rd Level Bereich
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst VMWare, SAN und Backup Infrastrukturen weiter
- Du entwickelst die Microsoft-Landschaften kontinuierlich weiter und bindest neue Technologien ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über fundierte und aktuelle Kenntnisse der zugrundeliegenden Basis-Technologien wie Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Virtualisierung mit VMware
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Veeam & Microsoft 365 und du hast im Idealfall Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365 Security, Exchange Online, SAN, Azure oder Intune
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert und verfügst über ein professionelles Auftreten und souveräne Kommunikation bei Kund:innen
- Du bist teamfähig, begeisterungsfähig für Neues und hast die Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
- Du denkst kundenorientiert und arbeitest ergebnisorientiert und du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
