Was Dich erwartet?
- Du erarbeitest technische Lösungskonzepte für unsere Kund:innen und implementierst und konfigurierst diese
- Bei uns darfst du das „IT-Kind“ in dir ausleben. Du installierst Testlösungen in unserer Laborumgebung und überprüfst damit die Systeme
- Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung neuer Technologien mit und unterstützt bei internen Projekten bereichs- und abteilungsübergreifend
- Durch die Teilnahme an Herstellerveranstaltungen und Messen bildest du dich permanent fort und baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kund:innen, Partner:innen und Lieferant:innen auf
- Du erstellst entsprechend der Lösungen die notwendigen Dokumentationen und pflegst diese auch
- Zur Abwechslung bist du nach Rotationsprinzip auch im Support Ansprechpartner für Probleme und Fragestellungen der Kund:innen im 1st-Level und teils auch im 2nd-Level Support

Was Du mitbringen solltest?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse mit Windows- und idealerweise auch mit Linux-Betriebssystemen
- Vorzugsweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse in Storage-Systemen des Herstellers NetApp und über Erfahrungen mit Backup-Lösungen von Veeam oder Commvault, sowie Virtualisierungslösungen
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer (m/w/d), ein Macher (m/w/d) und bist absolut kunden- und serviceorientiert
- Eine eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Lösungskompetenz zeichnen dich aus
- Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und bist dabei authentisch. Ein freundliches und souveränes Auftreten charakterisieren dich
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (min. C1 Niveau)

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
