Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und setzen die gruppenweite CR-Strategie um, sind an gruppenübergreifenden Projekten, wie z. B. Klimaschutz und Corporate Citizenship, beteiligt und Sie planen und implementieren die gesteckten CR-Ziele und -Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Fachabteilungen
- Sie übernehmen Führungsaufgaben als Teamleitung und planen Projekte eigenständig
- Sie sorgen für die Sicherstellung und Steuerung von Social Compliance-Due Diligence entlang der Wertschöpfungsketten und Sie erstellen KPIs zur Fortschrittsmessung und Unterlagen zur internen und externen Kommunikation
- Sie beobachten und analysieren globale Nachhaltigkeitstrends im Handel und leiten konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für uns und unsere Kund:innen ab
- Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle und hauptverantwortliche Ansprechperson für die Kolleg:innen in den Fachbereichen zu allen CR-relevanten Themen
- Sie sind strategisch an Stakeholder-Initiativen, wie z. B. amfori, beteiligt und kommunizieren mit Kund:innen und anderen externen Stakeholdern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und bei der Umsetzung von Projekten, vorzugsweise mit Bezug zum Handel in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Corporate Responsibility (CR) / Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit entsprechenden Schwerpunkten
- Sie denken systemisch und prozessorientiert
- Sie haben ein hohes persönliches Interesse an den Themen sozialer und ökologischer Unternehmensverantwortung
- Sie sind bereit für Dienstreisen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
- Sie haben verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
