Wir sind eine strategische Unternehmensberatung mit über 500 Mitarbeitern, die sich auf Kosten- und Einkaufsoptimierung spezialisiert hat. Durch unsere strategischen Programme zur Einkaufsoptimierung erzielen wir messbare Ergebnisse. Parallel dazu optimieren wir die Einkaufsorganisation sowie die Einkaufsprozesse und bilden die Mitarbeiter unserer Klienten weiter, um die Nachhaltigkeit unseres Ansatzes sicherzustellen. Mit unseren 10 Büros verteilt in Europa, Nordamerika und dem Nahen Osten beraten wir führende Klienten über alle Industrien hinweg.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest gleich vom ersten Tag an bestimmte Arbeitsbereiche in Beratungsprojekten
- Du koordinierst Erhebungen und Analysen von Klienten-Daten und trägst zur Entwicklung von Empfehlungen und Lösungen bei
- Du bist für die Planung und Implementierung der Maßnahmen verantwortlich und stellst sicher, dass die gesetzten Ziele erreicht werden
- Du übernimmst die Aufgabe und Rolle eines Mentors und unterstützt unsere Business Analyst:innen in ihrer Entwicklung und Entfaltung
- Du trägst die aktive Verantwortung für interne Aufgabenbereiche und arbeitest direkt mit erfahrenen Beratern bei der Kundenakquise

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen sehr guten Universitätsabschluss und/oder höherer akademischer Grad vorzugsweise im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Du kannst erste Berufserfahrung in einem führenden Beratungshaus vorweisen
- Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wünschenswert
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und einer lösungsorientierten Denkweise
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint
- Du hast eine eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres Auftreten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
