Innendienst Sales Manager im Bereich Digital Health - Remote (m/w/d)
Als unser Innendienst Sales Manager (m/w/d) Digital Health begeisterst du, zusammen mit unserem Head of Sales und unserem wachsenden Sales Team, Kunden für unsere Digital Health Produkte und treibst damit die Digitalisierung im Gesundheitsbereich voran. Als erste Kontaktperson für Fachpersonen befähigst du diese unsere Produkte zu verschreiben und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst Ärzte (m/w/d) und Psychotherapeuten (m/w/d) zu den Inhalten, Funktionen und dem Verordnungsprozess unserer Digitalen Gesundheitsanwendungen
- Du sprichst potentielle Neukund:innen gezielt per Telefonakquise an
- Du betreust und begleitest Fachpersonen auf dem Weg vom Cold Lead zum Customer/ Verordner
- Du pflegst Daten und dokumentierst Aktivitäten in unserem CRM System Pipedrive
- Du führst (digitale) Produktpräsentationen sowie kundenbezogene Informationsveranstaltungen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit einem Hintergrund im Gesundheitswesen
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und ein sicheres Auftreten im Dialog mit Ärzten (m/w/d) mit
- Du besitzt Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM Systemen
- Du bist kundenorientiert, hast starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sehr ausgeprägte Netzwerk-Qualitäten
- Du trittst selbstbewusst auf und hast eine hohe intrinsische Motivation, Kunden für unsere Produkte zu gewinnen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
