Customer Success Manager im B2B Bereich (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die proaktive Betreuung unserer B2B-Kund:innen zuständig, übernimmst eine stetige Evaluation der eingesetzten Tools und leitest gegebenenfalls Optimierungsansätze ab
- Du kümmerst dich um die konzeptionelle und strategische Implementierung von CRM-Prozessen
- Du übernimmst gemeinsam mit dem Operations-Team das Onboarding neuer Kund:innen, um die optimale Nutzung unseres Produktes sicherzustellen und du organisierst, koordinierst und verwaltest unsere Bestandsflächen
- Du berätst B2B-Kund:innen aus verschiedenen Branchen zu technischen oder organisatorischen Herausforderungen und arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus Tech, Customer Service, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering und Product zusammen
- Du sammelst das Feedback unserer B2B-Kund:innen und gibst diese Informationen an das Product-Team weiter, um gemeinsam die stetige Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktes sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung vorweisen
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Success Management und/oder Account Management mit
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über ein analytisches Denkvermögen, um komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und strukturiert darzustellen und du bist ein Teamplayer (m/w/d) und arbeitest aktiv, zusammen mit deinen Kolleg:innen, bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse mit
- Deine hohe Problemlösefähigkeit zeichnet dich aus: Keine Herausforderung ist unüberwindbar. Es gibt immer eine Lösung!
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen gesammelt
- Fundierte Erfahrungen im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen sind ein Plus
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil (Italienisch, Französisch)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
