Projektgruppenleiter im Bereich HLSK (m/w/d)
Neben der fachlichen sowie organisatorischen Führung von Projekten im Bereich HLSK, u.a. Büro- und Industriebauten sowie Energiezentralen, hat der Projektgruppenleiter (m/w/d) auch die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Projektteams inne. Dieses besteht aus ca. 4 bis 6 Planer:innen und Technischen Systemplaner:innen. Zudem übernimmt er für anspruchsvolle Projekte mit Herstellkosten größer 3 Mio. Euro die Projektleitung sowie Fachplanung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und organisatorisch anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich HLSK für namhafte Auftraggeber, u.a. Büro- und Industriebauten sowie Energiezentralen (BHKWs, Kältezentralen, Wärmepumpen)
- Du erstellst Energiekonzepte
- Du führst disziplinarisch und fachlich das Projektteam aus Planer:innen und Zeichner:innen
- Du planst und konstruierst anspruchsvolle Projekte der Gewerke HLSK
- Du berätst und betreust Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor/Master/Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Versorgungstechnik oder bist Techniker (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst mindestens 8-10 Jahre Erfahrung in der gebäudetechnischen HLSK-Fachplanung mit und besitzt Erfahrung als Projektleiter (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst idealerweise über eine Ausbildung/Lehre im ausführenden Bereich der TGA
- Du hast Sicherheit im Umgang mit Bauherr:innen und Architekt:innen – idealerweise auch Praxiserfahrung in ausführenden Unternehmen der TGA
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von HLSK-Projekten nach HOAI 1-9
- Du beherrschst Ablaufkenntnisse, Konstruktionskenntnisse für Planungsprojekten der TGA und hast einen sicheren Umgang mit gängiger Software der TGA
- Du kannst idealerweise CAD-Kenntnisse wie AutoCAD / Revit vorweisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
