  • Du wirst deine Kenntnisse im Bereich Sales und Recruiting auf-/ausbauen und das spannende und abwechslungsreiche “daily business“ eines Personaldienstleistungsunternehmens kennenzulernen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den internen Sales und Recruiting-Teams zusammen und unterstützt diese bei der Bearbeitung von neuen sowie bestehenden Kunden- und Anfrageprozessen
  • Du lernst alle relevanten Prozessschritte kennen und betreust diese zusammen mit deinem Team
  • Du hilfst bei der Suche nach Kandidat:innen sowohl in Form von Active Sourcing auf Business Plattformen wie beispielsweise Xing, LinkedIn etc., als auch über verschiedene Datenbanksysteme, um ein erfolgreiches Matching von Bewerber:innen und Vakanzen zu gewährleisten
  • Du kümmerst dich um das Aufarbeiten und die Erstellung von Qualifikationsprofilen

  • Du absolvierst derzeit ein Studium mit technischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkt (Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL etc.) und begeisterst dich für anspruchsvolle Aufgaben und technische Themen

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
