Unsere Empfehlung für diese Stelle ist der Masterstudiengang Consulting & Sales Management (M.A.) in Kooperation mit der der ESB Reutlingen, da er die ideale Vorbereitung auf eine angestrebte Position im Category Management, Vertrieb und Management ist und eine ausgezeichnete Kombination aus Sales Consulting und Digital Technology Management bietet
Was erwartet Dich?
- Konkrete Verantwortung als Category Manager:in für Consumer- und B2B-Produktbereiche mit Life Cycle Management und Neueinführung von Produkten und Services
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der 4P-Strategie und Umsetzung (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) für den Bereich Drucker, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Services in Deutschland und Österreich
- Forecast und Business Management z. B. Umsatz, Profitabilität und Marktanteile
- Verständnis und Monitoring des Marktes, Wettbewerbs, und Käuferverhaltens
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebs- und Marketing Teams sowie dem internationalen Category Teams in Central Europe und weltweit
- Ansprechpartner:in für Webinare und Newsletter
- Rotation während des Studiums durch verschiedene Produkt- und Kundensegmente und Übernahme von Projekten
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren an der ESB Business School in Reutlingen oder am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der ESB Business School oder der Fakultät Informatik der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, International Management oder ähnliches
- Leidenschaft für Produkte, Digitalisierung, Vetrieb und das dynamische Hightech-Umfeld von HP (idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SharePoint
- Selbstbewusstes und sicheres Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
