DEINE MISSION
- Du führst die Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von OOH Kampagnen, Guerilla, Radio oder TV durch und nutzt ein effektives Performance-Tracking, um deine Investitionsentscheidungen für weitere Marketingkanäle zu treffen.
- Du verbesserst die Kampagnen-Performance sowie unsere Landing Pages durch kontinuierliches Testen, arbeitest mit unseren Performance Marketing Spezialisten im Bereich SEO, SEM; CRM und Social Media zusammen und verbesserst die Leistung unsere Kanäle
- Du verhandelst, akquirierst und führst Gespräche mit Kooperationspartner in Deutschland und der Schweiz und leitest ein kleines Team. Hierbei steuerst du die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Design / Grafik-Team
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und arbeitest im Team eng mit dem Senior Marketing Manager sowie dem CMO zusammen

WAS DU MITRBINGST
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL, VWL oder Kommunikation und verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung idealerweise aus dem Bereich IT, B2C oder ähnlichen Marktplatz Start-Ups
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung großer Online- und Offline-Marketingkampagnen, bist strukturiert, analytisch und kannst gut mit Zahlen und Daten umgehen
- Du ergreifst gerne die Initiative, lebst ergebnisorientiert und kannst selbstständig Entscheidungen treffen
- Du verfügst über gute Excel und Google Analytics-Kenntnisse und hast Erfahrung mit HTML
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
