Wir bauen automatisierte 24/7-Supermärkte für den Einzelhandel als Komplettpaket aus Hardware & Robotik sowie Apps & Nutzeroberflächen für Betreiber und Kunden. Unterstütze uns als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Remote-Support dabei, Kundenanfragen oder Störungssituationen mit Humor, Pragmatismus und kühlem Kopf bestmöglich zu meistern.
Was erwartet dich?
Du bist die wichtigste Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Robotik und unserem Technik-Team und stehst bei Störungsmeldungen oder Anfragen als nahbarer, menschlicher Ansprechpartner:in zur Seite.
Im Gegensatz zur "Servicewüste Deutschland" begegnest du den aufkommenden Situationen dabei mit dem richtigen Mix aus Humor und Pragmatismus.

- Du reagierst in gemeinsam definierten Zeitfenstern auf Kundenanfragen oder Störungsmeldungen unserer Anlagen
- Mit Ruhe und kühlem Kopf unterstützt du alle Beteiligten, die Situation bestmöglich zu meistern und mit einem guten Bauchgefühl herauszugehen
- Zur Problemlösung und Kommunikation nutzt du von uns gestellte Remote-Tools, die durch dein Feedback kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden
- Mit unseren Software- & Hardware-Entwicklern koordinierst du auf Basis deiner "Live-Erfahrungen" die Eliminierung von Fehlerursachen und bringst Optimierungspotenziale in unseren Produktentwicklungsprozess mit ein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
