Your Mission
- You support our renters in the Netherlands and Germany with preparation and handling of their trip via phone, mail and chat.
- You will be part of a small and international cross-functional Team and work together on conquering a new market.
- You will work together with the German market team and see what you can learn, adapt and apply to the Dutch market.
- You tackle upcoming problems, come up with solutions and are not afraid to test them out.
- You are a PaulCamper Ambassador and the first point of contact for our new lenders and renters.
- You support new lenders with onboarding their camper to the platform and make them feel welcomed and safe.
- You are an all-rounder who enjoys building up new processes and improving existing workflows.

Your Travel Experience
- You know the culture and the needs of the Dutch people very well
- You have at least 3 years experience in Customer Service / Sales or Operations.
- You know how to get people to fall in love with a product / service.
- You are a native Dutch speaker (or speak dutch on native level) and have a great English and German understanding
- You have very good communication skills as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility.
- You love to work in a team while having individual responsibilities
- You are eager to learn and pick-up new things quickly.
- You have affinity with social media. Ideally you also have previous Insurance knowledge.
- You know how to mediate between two parties and find the best solution for both sides.

How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
