Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
- Du verwaltest redundanzfrei Artikelstammdaten im ERP-System Navision, insbesondere bezogen auf Debitoren, Kreditoren und Artikel.
- Du erstellst proaktiv Stücklisten und gibst diese frei.
- Du bearbeitest Change Requests und kommunizierst mit Produzenten und Lieferanten.
- Du stellst Qualität, (gesetzliche) Konformität und Konsistenz von Daten sicher - insbesondere solche, die abteilungsübergreifend und/oder global genutzt werden.
- Du assistierst bei der Ausarbeitung, Einführung und Bearbeitung von Standards und (digitalen) Geschäftsprozesse.
- Du betreust Schnittstellen zu Artikelstammdaten.

- Du hast erfolgreich eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Stammdatenmanagement mit - idealerweise in einem vergleichbaren Industriebereich.
- Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Microsoft Office aus und hast schon mit Navision gearbeitet.

- Du bist analytisch und ein methodischer „Problemlöser“.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
