Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Anforderungsworkshops zur Erfassung der Kundenanforderungen durch und berätst Kund:innen zu Lösungen in den Bereichen Reporting, Controlling und Unternehmensplanung
- Du erstellst ein Analysekonzept zur Dokumentation der Anforderungen und unterstützt bei der Erstellung eines Designkonzepts in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Solution Architect und den Systemfachleuten des Kunden
- Du präsentierst und finalisierst die Konzepte mit dem Kunden und bist Hauptansprechpartner:in für das Entwicklungsteam sowie Schnittstelle zum Kunden
- Du testest die implementierten Lösungen auf Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Vollständigkeit und Prozessoptimierung und erstellst BI-Berichte auf Basis der bereitgestellten Entwicklungen in MS Power BI
- Du präsentierst die implementierten Lösungen beim Kunden und begleitest den Testabnahmeprozess beim Kunden, einschließlich Durchführung von Schulungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Übergabe in den operativen Prozess des Kunden und agierst als Mentor:in für Junior Consultants
- Du koordinierst und managst das Projektteam hinsichtlich Ressourcen, Budget, Zeit und Qualität während der Analyse-, Test- und UAT-Phase
- Du unterstützt bei der Projektplanung, einschließlich Kommunikation relevanter Meilensteine an den Kunden und nimmst an Sitzungen des Projektlenkungsausschusses teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast min. 5 Jahre umfangreiche Erfahrung als BI-Berater:in, vorzugsweise in einer Führungsposition
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in BI-Projekten und Fachkompetenz in der Konzeption von Geschäftsanforderungen sowie deren Umsetzung in technische Lösungsdesigns
- Du hast Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (PowerBI, Acterys, CPM-Tools) und ein Verständnis für gängige Data Warehouse-Ansätze und -Komponenten im Microsoft Stack (Data Factory, Databricks, Fabrics, Synapse)
- Du bist teamfähig, hast starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Präsentationskompetenz sowie hohe Eigenmotivation
- Du begeisterst dich für neue Tools und Technologien und hast Prozess-Know-how in ERP/CRM-Systemen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit MS Azure oder anderen cloudbasierten Technologien und in Projektimplementierungen (>150 Projekt-Tage)
- Deine fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
