Unser Team gestaltet digitale Prozesse und berät rund um das Thema Design im digitalen Kontext. Was erwartet dich bei uns?
Du stärkst gemeinsam mit unserem Team unseren Markenauftritt unter anderem durch konsistente Anwendung des Corporate Designs an allen Kontaktpunkten. Hierfür entwickeln wir Design-Vorgaben für alle Bereiche des Unternehmens und unterstützen unsere Kolleg*innen bei der Erstellung von Corporate-Design-konformen Materialien.
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Bearbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Präsentationen, Dokumenten und Vorlagen
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Corporate Designs
- Research und Zusammenstellung von Unternehmens- und Brancheninformationen
- Weiterentwicklung unseres Bildkonzeptes und Durchführung von Fotoshootings sowie die Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien fällt ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich
- Kommunikation sowie eigenständige Projektsteuerung und Abwicklung mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern (z.B. Agenturen, Fotografen, Druckereien)
- Betreuung von Teilprojekten im Bereich der Print- sowie digitalen Designentwicklung zur Stärkung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Brands über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg
- Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung und Konkretisierung von Illustrations- und Grafikumsetzungen für Strategie und UX-Projekte
- Konzeption und Ausgestaltung markengerechter Designs und Kampagnen
- Konzeption und Umsetzung erster Print- und Online-Layouts
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, z.B. Bildeinkauf, -retouching und Illustration

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du studierst im Bereich Grafik-, Kommunikation- oder Informationsdesign
- Du hast umfassende Kenntnisse in der MS Office-Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) und der Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), erste Kenntnisse in Adobe Xd und Sketch von Vorteil
- Du besitzt erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Design / Kommunikation
- Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Gespür für Design und Bildsprache
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für originelles Branding und Ästhetik
- Erste Kenntnisse in Typographie, Layout, Farblehre und Informationsdesign
- Kenntnisse von Produktionsabläufen im Printbereich
- Du bringst Einsatzwille, Zuverlässigkeit und eine positive Einstellung mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
