Unser Team gestaltet digitale Prozesse und berät rund um das Thema Design im digitalen Kontext. Als dynamisches und etabliertes Unternehmen stellen wir uns den neuen Herausforderungen, die eine digitale Welt mit sich bringt und arbeiten eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um die Frage zu beantworten, welche Wirkung ein digitales Vorhaben erzielen soll und wie dies erreicht werden kann. Was erwartet Dich bei uns?
- Du entwirfst kreative Strategie-, Inhalts- und Oberflächenkonzepte für Applikationen, Internetportale, Intra- und Extranets für Konzerne
- Du unterstützt bei Usability-Tests, Kunden-und Nutzerbefragungen, sowie Workshops
- Du konzipierst und visualisierst Nutzerbedürfnisse und umfassende Nutzererlebnisse für digitale und physische Produkte (vom Produktmarketing über Inbetriebnahme bis zur täglichen Nutzung eines Produktes – Skizzen bis zum funktionsfähigen Dummy)
(Use Cases, User Journeys, Prototypen) - Du entwickelst zeitliche Abläufe in den Bereichen UserFlow, Interaktionsdesign & Prozessgestaltung
- Du nimmst teil an Kreativ-Prozessen zur Entwicklung von Konzepten für Vermarktung und Gestaltung

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
Du musst nicht schon alles können aber wir freuen uns, wenn Du mindestens die Hälfte deines Studiums mit dem Schwerpunkt digitale Gestaltung absolviert hast, um gemeinsam mit unseren Experten direkt an spannenden Themen und Projekten mitwirken zu können und dich dabei weiterzuentwickeln.
Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung – klassisch oder ausgefallen kreativ. Idealerweise mit den kompletten Bewerbungsunterlagen und einer kleinen Arbeitsprobe.
- Ein laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studium
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Konzeption und Planung von Online-Projekten sowie Intranet-Anwendungen im Bereich UX-Design und Informationsarchitektur
- Weitreichende Fähigkeiten in der Visualisierung und Präsentation von Konzepten, Ansätzen und Ideen
- Hintergrundwissen zu Web-Technologien, Interaktionsdesign, Usability, Nutzerzentrierter Gestaltung & Design Thinking
- Strukturierte und analytische Herangehensweise an komplexe Sachverhalte inklusive eines hohen Grades an Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Die Bereitschaft, uns für mindestens 6 Monate zu unterstützen

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
