Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Berater:innen aktiv bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Transformationsprojekten für unsere Kunden.
- Du gestaltest ansprechende Trainings- und Workshopkonzepte und erstellst dafür Präsentationen und Angebote mit Tools wie Microsoft Office 365 und Miro.
- Du recherchierst und integrierst innovative, KI-gestützte Lernerfahrungen, zum Beispiel mit ChatGPT oder Copilot, in unsere digitalen Lernformate.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst du die Kommunikation zwischen Trainer:innen, Workshop-Teilnehmenden und Kunden, hauptsächlich über MS Teams.
- Du übernimmst eigenständig Teilaufgaben in internen Projekten und hilfst dabei, unsere Prozesse und Formate weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du erhältst wertvolle Praxiseinblicke, indem du bei Online- und Präsenz-Workshops hospitierst und das Team im Tagesgeschäft begleitest.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Idealerweise studierst Du bereits im Master und bringst großes Interesse für die Bereiche Consulting und Training mit.
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office 365 (insbesondere Teams) und hast bereits mit digitalen Kollaborationstools wie Miro gearbeitet.
- Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools wie ChatGPT oder Copilot gesammelt und interessierst Dich für digitale Lernformate.
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist sowie eine kreative und flexible Denkweise zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
