Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Fachteams dabei, ihre täglichen Arbeitsabläufe zu analysieren und gestaltest aktiv an der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen mit – hierfür nutzt du Tools wie die Microsoft Power Platform oder Python.
- Du sammelst praktische Erfahrung im Zukunftsfeld KI, indem du bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Copilot-Agenten hilfst und neue KI-gestützte Lösungen testest.
- Du unterstützt bei der Administration und Anpassung wichtiger Systeme wie unserem Salesforce CRM und hilfst bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Excel-Anwendungen mit VBA.
- Du wirkst bei der Pflege und technischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Webseiten mit und wendest dabei Technologien wie HTML, CSS, JavaScript sowie die CMS-Systeme TYPO3 und WordPress an.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Dein Studiengang ist für uns zweitrangig – viel wichtiger sind deine Begeisterung für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI sowie deine hohe Lernbereitschaft.
- Du arbeitest dich gerne eigenständig in neue Themen ein, bringst eigene Ideen mit und hast Freude daran, diese direkt in die Praxis umzusetzen.
- Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, wodurch du auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick behältst.
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Programmierung (z. B. mit Python oder VBA), mit der Microsoft Power Platform oder Salesforce sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um dich reibungslos im Team abzustimmen.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
