- Fachübergreifend: Mathematik, Statistik, Physik, Informatik, u.v.m.
- Betriebswirtschaftlich: BWL, VWL, Finanz- & Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Recht, Marketing, Qualitätsmanagement, Projektmanagement, Unternehmensführung, u.v.m.
- Technisch: Mechanik, Konstruktion, Elektrotechnik, Innovationsmanagement, Produktmanagement, Logistik & Supply-Chain Management, u.v.m.
- Vertiefung im 3. Studienjahr: Vernetzte Produktion & Logistik
Bei der betrieblichen Ausbildung
- Erlernen der technischen Grundfertigkeiten im Ausbildungscenter (feilen, sägen, bohren, drehen, fräsen, zuschneiden, stanzen, umformen)
- Erlernen des Lesens, Verstehens und Anfertigens von technischen Zeichnungen sowie Einführung in verschiedene Konstruktionsprogramme und CAD
- Kennenlernen unserer Produktions- und Fertigungsbereiche (Fräs- & Blechcenter, Montage, Versand)
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Fertigungsaufträgen
- Einblicke in die Werks- und Materialflussplanung sowie die Qualitätssicherung
- Durchlaufen der Verwaltungsbereiche (z.B. Finanzen, Controlling, Marketing, Personal) und Einblicke in den Einkauf
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Realisierung unserer Kundenprojekte von der Auftragserstellung bis zur Auftragsabwicklung,
- Vertiefende Einblicke in die Produktions- und Logistikprozesse sowie in die Prozesssteuerung und Prozessüberwachung
- Mitarbeit und Durchführung von Projekten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
