Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Personalsachbearbeitung und bei administrativen HR-Prozessen
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Bewerber-, Mitarbeiter- und Stammdaten in verschiedenen Systemen
- Mitarbeit im Dokumentenmanagement sowie bei personalrelevanten Unterlagen und organisatorischen HR-Themen
- Unterstützung bei HR-Auswertungen, Reportings und der Weiterentwicklung interner HR-Prozesse
- Unterstützung im gesamten Bewerbungsprozess – von der Sichtung eingehender Bewerbungen bis zur Kommunikation mit Kandidaten über WhatsApp, E-Mail und Telefon
- Veröffentlichung und Pflege von Stellenanzeigen sowie Unterstützung im Active Sourcing über digitale Plattformen
- Durchführung telefonischer Erstgespräche und Koordination weiterer Prozessschritte mit den Einrichtungen

- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), idealerweise in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, HR-nahen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du interessierst Dich für moderne Personalarbeit, Recruiting und administrative HR-Prozesse und bringst idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen mit
- Eine strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit sensiblen Daten zeichnen Dich aus
- Du kommunizierst offen, freundlich und professionell – ob per WhatsApp, E-Mail oder Telefon
- Du arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Themen ein, behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick und packst gerne mit an
- Teamgeist, Organisationsstärke und eine Hands-on-Mentalität runden Dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
