Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt unsere HR Business Partner und den Chief People Officer aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei strategischen Themen
- Du wirkst bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein
- Du erstellst und pflegst mit MS Excel wichtige HR-Auswertungen und Kennzahlen, wie zum Beispiel zum Headcount oder zu Ein- und Austritten
- Du bereitest mit PowerPoint aussagekräftige Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für unser Management und die Führungskräfte auf
- Du arbeitest an spannenden HR-Projekten mit, zum Beispiel in den Bereichen Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung, und übernimmst dabei eigenständig erste kleine Teilprojekte

Das bringst du mit:
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder HR-nahen Studiengang
- Du bringst ein starkes Interesse an HR-Themen mit und hast idealerweise schon erste praktische Einblicke in die Personalarbeit gesammelt
- Eine strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du gehst verantwortungsvoll mit sensiblen Daten um
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, und hast idealerweise schon mit Tools wie Canva gearbeitet
- Du denkst analytisch, hast ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen ein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
