Als Projektleiter in der Versorgungstechnik übernimmst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte in allen Phasen – von der Planung über die Ausführung bis hin zur Nachbetreuung. Du koordinierst die Planung der Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Lüftungstechnik, steuerst die Erstellung von Berechnungen und sorgst für die fachgerechte Auslegung der technischen Anlagen. Zudem trägst Du die Verantwortung für das interne Planungsteam und stellst sicher, dass Aufgaben termingerecht und qualitativ hochwertig umgesetzt werden.

Was erwartet dich?

Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für vielfältige Projekte – von der kleinen Heizungssanierung bis zum komplexen Neubauvorhaben.
Du übernimmst dabei alle HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1–9 und begleitest die Projekte vollumfänglich von der Grundlagenermittlung bis zur Objektbetreuung.
Du fertigst und prüfst Entwurfs- und Ausführungszeichnungen an.
Du planst und koordinierst die Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Lüftungstechnik (HSL) und stellst die fachgerechte Auslegung der Anlagen sicher.
Du führst Dein internes Planungsteam und sorgst dafür, dass alle Aufgaben termingerecht und in höchster Qualität umgesetzt werden.
Du erstellst und organisierst Leistungsverzeichnisse sowie Ausschreibungsunterlagen und prüfst diese auf technische sowie wirtschaftliche Anforderungen.
Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle, leitest Besprechungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Austausch zwischen Bauherren, Architekten, Fachplanern und ausführenden Firmen.
Du überwachst den Baufortschritt direkt auf der Baustelle und koordinierst die beteiligten Gewerke vor Ort.
Du kontrollierst die strikte Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards.
Du prüfst die ausgeführten Bauleistungen sowie die dazugehörigen Rechnungen und bist für die finale Freigabe verantwortlich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Berufsausbildung oder eine Techniker-/ Meisterausbildung auf dem Gebiet der HLS-Technik
Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Planung von HLS-Anlagen
Du beherrschst fachbezogene Berechnungssoftware sowie MS-Office-Programme
Du verfügst über fließende oder verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
