Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Projektleitung für unsere Heiz- und Kühldeckensysteme – von der Kalkulation über die Steuerung von Kosten, Qualität und Terminen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in berätst Du Architekt:innen, Planer:innen sowie Heizungsbauer:innen und stellst eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit sicher.
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse nach VOB, übernimmst das Aufmaß und klärst technische Details direkt auf der Baustelle.
- Du koordinierst und führst die Montage-Nachunternehmen fachlich und sorgst für einen reibungslosen und sicheren Bauablauf.
- Mithilfe von MS Office verantwortest Du die finale Projektabrechnung sowie die Nachkalkulation zur Optimierung zukünftiger Projekte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Innenausbau, Ladenbau, Trockenbau oder ein vergleichbares Studium, z. B. als Bauingenieur:in.
- Du bringst bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung mit, idealerweise im Umfeld von Heiz-, Klima- oder Deckensystemen.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und der VOB bist du sicher und erfahren.
- Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner pragmatischen Art behältst du auch in dynamischen Projektphasen den Überblick und bleibst souverän.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit agierst du unternehmerisch, serviceorientiert und schätzt den gemeinsamen Erfolg im Team.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
