Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Planung und Kalkulation von Deckensystemen
- Du übernimmst die Beratung von Heizungsbauern, Planern und Architekt:innen
- Du arbeitest Leistungsverzeichnisse aus
- Du bist für die Steuerung des Projektes hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Terminen verantwortlich
- Du bist zuständig für das Aufmaß sowie die Abrechnung und Nachkalkulation von Projekten
- Du hast die technische und kaufmännische Projektverantwortung und übernimmst die fachliche Führung, Organisation und Koordination von Montage-Nachunternehmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Innenausbau, Ladenbau, Trockenbau oder ein Studium als Bauingenieur:in
- Du hast einige Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter:in in vergleichbaren Bereichen
- Du kannst gute Kenntnisse im VOB nachweisen und bist sicher im Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln und gängigen MS Office-Produkten
- Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch und hast einen ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsfokus
- Du zeichnest dich durch überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Ausdauer und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit auf sachlicher Ebene aus
- Du bleibst auch in hektischen Situationen motiviert und ausgeglichen, wobei dir dein Organisationstalent und Pragmatismus zugutekommt und du Freude an Teamarbeit und dem Teamerfolg hast, während du die Werte und Prinzipien unseres Unternehmens lebst
