Was erwartet Dich?
- Du baust die Buchhaltung intern auf und übernimmst diese vom externen Dienstleister
- Du führst eigenständig die laufende Finanz-, Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung durch
- Du kontierst und buchst sämtliche Geschäftsvorfälle
- Du übernimmst das Reisekostenmanagement und überwachst den Zahlungsverkehr
- Du stimmst Konten ab, klärst offene Posten und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Du bereitest Steuererklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatenden vor und bist verantwortlich für wiederkehrende Meldungen, z. B. Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung oder ZM
- Du wickelst Vorsteuervergütungsverfahren ab und erstellst Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken für das Management
- Du wirkst bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse im Rechnungswesen mit und bist Ansprechperson für Steuerberatende

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich (z. B. Bürokauffrau/-mann (m/w/d), Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d))
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in der Gesamtbuchhaltung eines mittelständischen Unternehmens (Finanz-, Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung; Bilanz- und/oder Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung von Vorteil)
- Du besitzt umfassende Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Handelsrecht
- Du trittst freundlich auf, bist teamfähig und bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Selbstständigkeit mit
- Du hast sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. DATEV, Lexware, sevDesk, WISO)
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets (insb. Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift mit – weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insb. Chinesisch, sind ein Plus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
