Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung in unserem ERP-System und führen eigenverantwortlich die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse durch.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Finanzberichte und Analysen mit MS Office und unterstützen damit die Geschäftsleitung bei strategischen Entscheidungen.
- Sie verantworten die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, überwachen den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr und managen das Mahnwesen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson pflegen Sie den Kontakt zu externen Partnern wie Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Finanzen.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sowie einem gängigen ERP-System sind Sie sicher und routiniert.
- Eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, eine präzise Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Prozessverständnis zeichnen Sie aus.
- Für die Kommunikation mit Partnern und Behörden sind sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift unerlässlich.
