- Wir unterstützen Unternehmen dabei, komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen (CE-Kennzeichnung) zu meistern. Jetzt ist es Zeit für unsere eigene Expansion: Wir wollen unsere Website für Nordamerika und den asiatischen Markt (China, Indien) lokalisieren und optimieren. Zudem möchten wir datenbasiert die Conversion Rate unserer bestehenden Seiten optimieren. Dafür brauchen wir dich als kreativen Motor.
Was erwartet dich?
- Design-Hoheit: Du entwickelst überzeugende UI/UX-Designs in Figma, die unsere traditionelle und konservative Zielgruppe (Ingenieure, Geschäftsführer) ansprechen und gleichzeitig modern wirken.
- Pipeline für Devs: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren zwei Entwicklern zusammen und lieferst ihnen regelmäßig fertige Designs und Assets („Futter“), damit die Umsetzung reibungslos läuft.
- Internationalisierung & Localization: Du passt unsere Website-Struktur und das Design an die kulturellen und technischen Gegebenheiten neuer Märkte an (Fokus: USA, China, Indien).
- A/B-Testing & Optimierung: Du gestaltest Varianten für Experimente (z.B. in VWO). Die technische Umsetzung erfolgt durch die IT, aber du bringst dich aktiv in die Gestaltung und (idealerweise) die Analyse der Ergebnisse ein.
- Content & SEO: In Zusammenarbeit mit unserer externen SEO-Agentur erstellst du neue Unterseiten und Texte. Du nutzt KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung und achtest auf die strategischen Vorgaben der Profis

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Tool-Stack: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Figma. Erfahrung mit VWO (oder ähnlichen A/B-Testing-Tools) ist ein großes Plus.
- Design-Verständnis: Du kannst „starke“ Designs entwerfen, hast aber das nötige Gespür für eine eher konservative B2B-Zielgruppe.
- Sprach- & Schreibtalent: Du hast ein Händchen für Texte, bist SEO-sensibilisiert und weißt, wie man KI-Tools effizient einsetzt, um hochwertigen Content zu generieren.
- Localization-Know-how: Idealerweise hast du schon mal Projekte für den nordamerikanischen oder asiatischen Raum (China/Indien) begleitet oder interessierst dich stark für die kulturellen Design-Unterschiede.
- Autonomie: Du wartest nicht auf Aufgaben, sondern siehst, was getan werden muss. Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind aufgrund der Internationalisierung Pflicht.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
