Deine Aufgaben umfassen KI-gestütze Content Produktion und kreative Konzeption
- End-to-End Produktion: Du erstellst YouTube-Clips, Shorts und Thumbnails aus unseren Marken (Maja, Heidi, Wickie) – von der Szenenauswahl bis zum Upload.
- Tool-Stack: Du nutzt täglich Tools wie ChatGPT, Gemini, VEO-3, ElevenLabs, Topaz und CapCut zur Qualitätssteigerung und für kreative Effekte.
- Pipeline-Entwicklung: Du hilfst uns, neue KI-Workflows zu testen, zu bewerten und unsere Produktionsprozesse schneller zu machen.
- Konzeption: Du entwickelst neue Formatideen, visuelle Konzepte und starke Hooks, die auf der Plattform funktionieren.
- Verantwortung: Du betreust eigenständig kleine Produktionspakete (z.B. Themen-Serien).
- Trendscouting: Du behältst aktuelle KI- und YouTube-Trends im Blick und bringst diese proaktiv ins Team ein.

- Laufendes Studium in Medien, Kommunikation, Film/Animation, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Eine hohe Affinität zu Künstlicher Intelligenz und Freude daran, neue Tools auszuprobieren.
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools (z.B. ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs).
- Grundkenntnisse im Videoschnitt (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci oder ähnliche Software).
- Interesse an Filmproduktion, Animation, Storytelling und YouTube.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
