Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie vertreten und beraten unsere Auftraggeber:innen bei Bau- und Immobilienprojekten
- Sie steuern Planende, Objektüberwachende, Bauausführende und Dienstleistende
- Sie führen Vertragscontrolling, Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Termincontrolling sowie Projekt- und Bauzustandsanalysen durch
- Sie übernehmen Aufgaben aus den Leistungsphasen sechs bis neun der HOAI, wenn dies erforderlich ist
- Sie arbeiten eng im Team und kommunizieren lösungsorientiert mit allen Beteiligten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder des Maschinenbaus mit entsprechender Vertiefung oder über einen Meister- bzw. Technikertitel
- Sie verfügen über mindestens fünf Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, in der Projektleitung, in der Fachbauleitung oder im Projektmanagement
- Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C2-Niveau mit
- Sie denken analytisch, wirtschaftlich und strategisch
- Sie arbeiten zuverlässig und sind kommunikationsstark
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Bau- und Werkvertragsrecht sowie in den geltenden technischen Regeln
- Sie sind motiviert, Projekte im Spannungsfeld von Qualitäten, Kosten und Terminen zum Erfolg zu führen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
